Before proceeding with your reservation, we kindly request that you thoroughly review our contract to ensure a complete understanding of the conditions. Once you’ve reviewed and are comfortable with the terms, the next step is to fill out our adoption application. Please answer the questions honestly and thoroughly, as this helps us understand your suitability as a future kitten parent.

It’s important to note that while we strive to accommodate every prospective kitten owner, we reserve the right to decline any adoption application without providing an explanation. We may refuse an adoption at any point during the process, with the utmost consideration for the welfare of our kittens and their future homes. In the event, we refuse an adoption, rest assured that any deposits or adoption fees will be fully refunded.

After your adoption application is approved and we are comfortable moving forward, we may request a FaceTime interview or a simple phone call to get to know you better and address any questions or concerns we might have.

If your desired kitten is available for immediate reservation, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied towards the total amount of the kitten. Please feel free to inquire about our available payment options.

If we don’t currently have a kitten that matches your preferences, you have the option to join our waiting list for a non-refundable $300 deposit. This deposit will be credited towards the total amount of your future kitten.

We will send you our adoption contract for your review and signature. We kindly request that the contract be returned within a timely matter of 3 business days.

Please note that if the time frame is exceeded, we reserve the right to cancel the adoption process, and future adoption opportunities with us may be restricted.

At this stage, you’ll need to decide whether you will pick up your kitten in person or if it will be delivered to you. If you opt for in-person pickup, the remaining balance from the total amount will be due upon the kitten’s pickup.

If you choose to have the kitten delivered, the full payment must be made 5 business days before the kitten is scheduled to leave our cattery.

Please note that this policy is not negotiable. If the kitten will be delivered by a pet nanny, we will be in contact with you to provide important delivery updates. However, if you prefer to provide your own pet nanny, you are welcome to do so. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when selecting our services.

After you’ve paid the remaining balance and received your kitten, you’re ready to welcome your new furry friend into your home! We hope your new companion brings you endless joy and happiness.

Please remember to schedule a veterinarian visit within 72 hours of picking up your kitten. This is an essential step to ensure your kitten’s health and well-being. Failure to do so may result in the voiding of the adoption contract. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
