How to reserve

Here are the steps you can follow to reserve a kitten

Step 1

We reserve the right to decline any adoption application without providing an explanation. We may refuse an adoption at any point during the process. If we refuse an adoption, any deposits or adoption fees will be fully refunded.

Please browse our kitten pages and select a kitten that you are interested in.

Step 2

To inquire about the availability of your chosen kitten, kindly send us an email at When emailing, please include the name of the kitten you’re interested in. Please note that kittens are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and we encourage you to keep this in mind when contacting us.

Step 3

If your desired kitten is available for adoption and ready to go home, and you prefer to pick up the kitten in person, you may pay the full adoption fee on the spot if picked up on the same day. However, if you are placing a deposit to reserve the kitten, please note that it is non-refundable. We accept deposits via Zelle, credit/debit cards (with a 3.6% fee), and bank transfers (with a 1% fee).

Step 4

Once you have submitted your deposit, we will send you a contract to sign via email. If the kitten is not yet ready to go home, we will provide you with updates every 1-2 weeks, including photos and videos of your kitten.

Step 5

If you are picking up your kitten in person, the remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pickup. If your kitten will be delivered, the remaining balance is due three days prior to the scheduled pickup by the third party. Please note that this policy is not negotiable. If the kitten will be delivered by a pet nanny, we will be in contact with you to provide important delivery updates. However, if you prefer to provide your own pet nanny, you are welcome to do so. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when selecting our services.

Step 6

Once you have paid the remaining balance and received your kitten, you are free to take your new furry friend home! Please note that a veterinarian visit must be scheduled within 72 hours of picking up the kitten; failure to do so will result in voiding the adoption contract. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Finally, we would love to hear your feedback about your experience with us! Please consider leaving a review on our Instagram or Facebook (links can be found at the bottom of this page).
